The NGO Committee on Freedom of Religion of Belief will be one of several co-sponsors for the event United for a Culture of Peace Through Interfaith Harmony, which will be held Thursday, February 14, 2013, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the United Nations General Assembly Hall.

This event, which is organized by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the Committee of Religious NGOs to the United Nations, will feature speakers, musicians, representatives from various different religious traditions, and a participatory call to peace in a World Peace Flag Ceremony.

Security check-in will be begin at 9:00 am. Photo identification is required to attend.
